Gift Certificates:
How do i buy a gift certificate?

You buy G.C. just like any other product. On the left hand colum under catergories you will see the gift certificate link click on it choose you denomination and add it to your cart. When you are all done shopping checkout as normal.

How do i redeem my certificate?
 

After you have added items to your cart there will be a box to enter your gift certificate or voucher # it will automatically remove that amount.

Products:
Will your bows fray like other bows we have used?
 

No, all ribbon ends are heat sealed by hand to ensure a long lasting, high-quality bow.

What type of "bling" do you use?
 

I use genuine swarovski crystals on most bling items except for bracelets they have the swarovski crystals but most contain "bling beads" as well. They are round acrylic beads with little crystals in them.

What types of Headbands do you use?
 

I try to offer a variety of headbands. This includes Crochet, Premium Cotton/lycra Stretch, and plastic woven bands.. They come in a wide variety of colors and widths.

What Clips do you use for infant bows & clips?
 

I use Alligator clips and snap clips as both of these clips will grasp fine baby hair. Alligator clips are also available with non-slip grip at no additional cost.

Custom Orders:
Do you do custom orders?
 

Yes, infact most of my business is custom made to order. I do require a deposit on custom orders.

Do you offer a layaway plan?
 

Yes i do. I will set up a 4 week payment plan for anyone wanting to do a lay-a-way. A min. of 25% must be paid weekly until the balance is cleared. If you do not pay on time your items will be restocked and you will not get any refunds.
